Three lanes will be used simultaneously, with one student on each starting block.

At the professor’s signal, who will be standing at the side of the pool, all three students will jump into the water at the same time.

To ensure the safety of all students, before starting the exercise, we will ask everyone to perform a headfirst jump from the side of the pool.
