I CAN jump into the water and exit the water in any area of the pool.
Students enter the pool without any fear of jumping into the water, and quickly exit without difficulty from any point in thepool, without help.
The exercise will be carried out in deep water pools, or similar. The equipment required for the exercise are floating objects, namely pullbuoys, and boards.
Between 20 and 25 objects.
Participants will be organized into groups of 3 or 5.
10 minutes in the initial phase of the class
Children must be able to balance themselves in the water in an upright position and move around in the water.
The game will start with one of the students playing as a shark and the rest as treasure hunters. The hunters start the game under the teacher's command, outside the pool, and must try to recover the objects that are floating in the pool. To do this, they must jump into the pool, grab one of the objects and get out again without being caught by the shark. To avoid this happening, the hunters must either be outside the pool or sitting on the edge of the pool. If one of thestudents is caught, he or she must switch places with the shark. The game ends when all the objects have beencollected or the game time has run out. There is no need to repeat the game.
